The kinase activity was inhibited by staurosporine, isopentanyladenine and olomoucine in a dose dependent manner. Kinetic studies indicated Ki values of 39 nM, 38 microM and 8 microM, respectively for staurosporine, isopentanyladenine and olomoucine.
