E391-3610 mice (higher expressers) exhibit robust somatodendritic distribution of phospho- Ser 202/Thr 205 tau throughout the cortex, in hippocampal CA3 pyramidal neurons, CA1 apical dendrites and cell bodies and dentate granule cells.
